I have discovered more information about Mrs M.C. Drury who in 1829 lived in The Strand, London.

Mrs Drury's full name was Margaretta Charlotte the widow of William Drury, his will was proved in 1818 Jan 13th.
Mrs Drury's will was proved 1836 May 5th. At the time of her death she was living at 9, Upper Charles Street, Northampton Square, Middlesex.

William Drury was a goldsmith and they also made swords. The work address was 32 The Strand London. Their sons William and George also went into the family business.

Their trading history possibly started in 1770 by Dru Drury on the corner of Villers Street, Strand. Dru Drury died the 15th Jan 1803.
Thank you, Jill
