So sorry to tell you that I have only today found your message to me dated sept 3rd. I have a "clever" son who when he wants to use my computer, bypasses my password, knows my internet password, and connects. Trouble is, if he's on when an email comes for me it goes on a different site. Here I am now trying to wade through 60+ emails that consist mostly of newsletters. So sorry for not replying, you must have thought I had no interest. To the contrary. I have friends here (I'm in Western Australia, S.W. corner) who before their Zimbabwian recent history, where from Paarl. And guess what, they were at that time Du Plessis. I'm having difficulty trying to patch onto their line too, as they were in the concentration camps during the Boer War at the turn of the century, lost loved ones in that horror. I would like to find any links in the Du Plessis side, so please re establish contact with me on firstname.lastname@example.org
as it is easier and quicker for me to find.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon, and don't you dare give up.I have lots of info starting from Jean Prier Du PLessis, the patriarch of the Du Plessis Huguenots in South Africa.
Regards Julie Whitton/Du PLessis
