Hi, My name is Catherine Duback. I am aware that I have a great great grandfather by the name of Jacob Duback. I also know that he died in 1904. He was a Clark County Pioneer. My dad's name is David Duback. I wouldn't be surprised if you've already gotten in touch with him (if we are indeed related) because he is very much into this family history stuff.

Hello, I have been doing a little research for my son and came accross your message. Quite a few years later I'm afraid. My son is a Duback, first born of Stanley W. Duback,Jr. I am hoping to find more info about the family as to where everyone originated from. My son is working on a school project that is supposed to reflect on his culture and wants to show all of his. i'm looking for my grandmother's sister's children; they have gone to utah from switzerland because of the mormons about 1950 or 1960 it think. the name of one daughter is erika. who knows someting about this family?

Have heard from your father and corresponding with Gail Rieland O'Hearn.

Duback family data with pictures is published in Clark County Pioneers vol 2 sold by Clark County Genealgoical Society,PO Box 5249, Vancouver, WA 98668-5249.

I started the research in early 1970's and have not done been very active in research for the past 20 years. Now the relatives are coming out of the woodwork and am happy to be able to help.

I am looking for information on Hans Dubach born January 19, 1661/62 possibly in Switzerland and died March 03, 1698/99. Hans was married to Elisbeth Egli and they had a son Ulrich Dubach. I would be interested to find out if they had any other children. Would appreciate hearing from any Dubach relatives.

When you come up I have lots of pictures to give you. I don't have much on the Duback family as I don't know my own family very much. I am searching for anyone that is related to Jacob Duback. He was born in Unterberlin,Baden,Germany. I have at least four generations of descendants of his and his wife and am willing to share inforamtion or help someone on this family. Jacob came to the U.S. in 1853 at Newport, Rhode Island. His wife Dorothea(Sauer) also is a native of Germany. If these names fit your familytree e-mail me, I have lots to share!
