Thank you for answering my e mail so fast. I got the information from my grandmothers death certificate. She was his daughter Ona DeCote Roy. Her mother's name was Pauline thats Razars wife she was born in Avoyelles Parish, La. Ona was born in Plaucheville. La. Sorry thats all I know at this time. I am still searching for any informatiion I can get.
