I don't believe we have a tie in, but, I haven't researched that much on the Duerksens. I have an address around here of a man that has. He lived in Weatherford, OK. I will find the address and email to you.
My husband was born in Corn, OK in 1946 and his father in 1924, his grandfather, Pete R Duerksen was born in 1899 in Custer County, OK. They came from Russia and migrated to Kansas, then to OKlahoma.
