Sorry it took so long for me to get back to you,It looks like we both are on the right track,I found Margaret Crawford in portage du fort protestant cemetery, looks to me like death year was 1864 she was 39 so birth must 1825 or so.Still no luck finding any other info on Joseph,considering margaret's age I find it hard to believe there were no children.I am not sure when Joseph and Margaret were married or why she died. I will keep at it and pass along any info.
