Robert came from County Armaugh (which is a part of Ulster) He and his brother William came with an Uncle James and his wife Ann some time in the late seventeen hundreds. James had adopted them because both their parents had died. Robert and William first lived in Chester Co., then they moved to Westmoreland Co., then to Allegheny Co. William then settled in Beaver Co. and Robert in Butler Co. all in Pennsylvania. I am just staring a time line using deeds, baptisms, etc. so I have no exact dates yet. There is so much to do and so little time to do it. Robert had a daughter named Sarah who was born about 1804 in PA and his son Thomas had a daughter Sarah born about 1834 who married a Jim Cypher. I have no descendants of either of them and have yet to discover anything in Ireland.
