hi, I am the granddaughter of Gerard E. Duford, My father is of the same name sake. My Brother and I have been trying to figure out our ancestry and I apologize for the lack of information I have to offer you but here goes. Gerard, our grandfather, died quite a few years back. I remember going to visit him when my siblings and I were younger. He lived in a log cabin on a mountain in Vt with a girlfriend named Liza. He had 6 kids before that in Groveland, Ma. Peter, Teddy, Gerard, Marie, Mona, Madeline. We can't remember the mom's name. Our Dad was a bit estranged from Gerard, so we know very little about our own history.
