Hello, I know this is more than 3 years later, I just began collecting our genealogy 18 months ago. I believe that Frank Duford is my Great Grand Uncle and I've been trying to collect more information about his siblings. I am Albert's great granddaughter - his son Arthur married Therese Pronovost in Suncook, Lorraine Duford married Philip LaFleur in Hooksett, and then there's me. When my parents lived in Indiana in the early 50's, then in Pennsylvania in the 50-60s, their best friends were Charlie and Barbara West and I've been told that they are also related to the Dufords either through Frank or Phedora. I'd like to find out about, too. I may have some info to share with you as well.

David Duford

I'm looking for David Duford who was in Bay City, MI in 1870 with his father, Joseph, mother, Harriet, and sister, Aurelia/Relia. Joseph and Harriet died in 1903/1904 and after that David moved, with his wife Adeline/Ida Denault/Deno, to Detroit. They are buried together with 3 of their 5 children, William, Anna and Leo, in St. Patrick's Cemetery in Bay City. Aurelia/Relia was my Gr-Grandmother, but I can't find anything on her, so thought I would try a different route.

I would really appreciate any info you might have.

My Mother was Hilda Fedora Duford. Born to Francois/Francis/Frank Duford and Coranna Parent in Bow, NH 1911, Frank and Coranna had several children. Leo,Henry,Oliver,Armon,Andrew,Alfred and Hilda.I remember most of my Uncles however I am having a problem with Coranna Parents side. She was Baptised Rose Parent in Allenstown, NH in 1887. I have that document but her parents are Francois Parent and Julie Murray. They also lived in Pembroke, Allenstown most of their lives. Julie died between 1887 and 1904 when Coranna got married. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am thrilled to learn of a different branch of descendants from Narcisse Bougret Duford. Do you know of any other of his children? Or of any of the birthdates for Louis Amable or Narcisse? All of our branch resided in Vermont. My husband and I are in NH, quite close to Pembroke! I have found quite a bit of information on Francoise Bourdon and her ancestry. Narcisse Bougret married Francoise Bourdon in 1833, Lonqueuil Canada. Louis Amable Bougret married Charlotte Marion on Feb. 29, 1779. Narcisse Bougret, (Dufort) and Francoise Bourdon had a son, Narcisse Duford whom married Melvinna Blais. They lived in Pembroke, NH. Narcisse Dufort and Melvinna had a son Francois, Francis, Frank Duford who lived in Bow, NH. Francois married Coranna Parent July 23, 1904 in Allenstown, NH

Yes, I am looking for info on Donaldo. Here is some of what I have. Donaldo Marie Duford married Oliver Devine 1906 in Arenac County, Michigan. She was born My 1878 in Tuscola County, Michigan and died January 14, 1956 in Riverside County, California. She was the daughter of Paul Telemaque "Mike" Dufort and Marie Pecotte. She had 2 sisters and 3 brothers that lived in Michigan and 1 brother that lived in San Diego, California. I can give you more info on the Dufort/Duford family.

I'm still looking for info on Aurelia DuFord, DeFord, DuFour. I did find her in the 1900 Michigan census as head of household, so I'm assuming by that time she was divorced. I know she was born in February 1861 in French Canada. HELP if you can - I would really appreciate it.

Not sure if this is any help, but there was a very large group of Duford living in the Pembroke, Allenstown, Suncook area of NH. There was a Henry dob: Oct 16,1912..dod: Apr 1884, who lived in the Hooksett area. I have a lot of connections to Dufords of Suncook,NH if you should find that your Henry is from that family. I also have some old family photos.

Aurelia was born SOMEWHERE in Canada and was married to Gideon Quesnelle, who I can't find any info on either. I can't find any other info on either of them either in the US or Canada. I am looking for family relatives of my grandfather Henry Charles Duford. He was married to Helen Duford. My grandmother believes that his relatives were from the Dover New Hampshire area. This is the area were my grandfather grew up. My grandmother believes that Henry's fathers name was Edward Duford. hi, I am the granddaughter of Gerard E. Duford, My father is of the same name sake. My Brother and I have been trying to figure out our ancestry and I apologize for the lack of information I have to offer you but here goes. Gerard, our grandfather, died quite a few years back. I remember going to visit him when my siblings and I were younger. He lived in a log cabin on a mountain in Vt with a girlfriend named Liza. He had 6 kids before that in Groveland, Ma. Peter, Teddy, Gerard, Marie, Mona, Madeline. We can't remember the mom's name. Our Dad was a bit estranged from Gerard, so we know very little about our own history. He was born in Canada around 1831 and he married Harriet Peltier and had two children, Relia and David. I can't find the line past Joseph Duford. Can anyone else?
