Do any of you know anything further about Cansaidy Todd? Who were her parents, etc.?

I happened upon her listing in findagrave.com and I think she may be the sister of my husband's second great grandfather, i.e., my husband's 2nd great grand aunt.

I have a Canzady Todd listed in the 1860 census in Dallas County, Missouri. She is the one-year-old daughter of Frederick Becton Todd and Serena Anderson. It all seems to fit, but I would love to receive some confirmation from other people searching this family.
