My Grandmother on my Mother's side of our family was a Hoffman. They were from the Hoffman family that are mentioned in the book To Their Heirs Forever. Recently I was at the museum of the John Street Methodist Church which was founded by Philip Embury. They do not have a copy of this book and I told them that I would donate one.
