Interesting enough about one year after you had posted your message, I have been researching my family tree and discovered that my great, great grandmother's name was Marie-Mathilde Dulain descendant of Louis Dulain and Marie-Apoline Frontain who were one of the original settlers and according to what I can trace were the fifth family to settle in the area described today as Quinan which was originally called the Forks and later changed to Quinan in honour of Father John L. Quinan whom endeared himself to the Acadians and assume Metis who renamed the community after him. I just received this book today with the history of Quinan in it written by Clarence Joseph D'Entrement, Priest which may be helpful to you. Please contact me at the above email address if I can give you any more insight into this name.
Cannot find Eveline in the list of Dulains, could it be Evangeline or something like that or nicknamed Eveline?
