My grandfather was Carl Lewis Duncan born in Princeton W.Virginia, to Crockett Lesner Duncan and Maggie Ellen Adkins of W. Virginia. There was a son named John but scince my gfather and grt grandfather were gone before I came along. I do not know John's middle name. I am currently working on four different surnames on my family. I am gonna try to focus a bit more on the Duncan side now. Will research some more and let you know what I find. Crockett was also married to Nancy Reed in earlier years and they too had children. Crockett's parents were Humphrey and Lucy Duncan.Crockett was from Floyd/Fraquier County.
