Helping a friend research to locate her Great Grandfather's family in Germany. Looking for information on Gustave Dunkel, last known residence Bamberg, Bavaria, Germany. Had daughter Charlott who married and Unkown Royals and came to the US in 1953 with her daughter Shirley. Charlott was born in about 1923. Daughter Shirley was born Nov. 1951. Charlott married a US Serviceman. Left Brandeburg in Feb 1953. I assume that Gustave would have been born circa 1900 based on age of daughter Charlott.
