I know this is an old post, but I just ran across it. I was the Ashland, Ky. Mayor and my father was Arley R. Dunnigan. Maurine was my half-sister as was Wilma. We called her "Billie," but I never met her. I have an old picture of her and if you are her daughter, Jeanie, I have a picture of you when it appears that you were in your early teens. I do know a fair amount about the Dunnigan family. By the way only my Dad and Ron and I spell it that way. Everyone else was "Dunagan." If you get this e-mail me and I'll give you some more info. D.
