Two Brothers Convicted In Mail Robbery Case
Jess Duree, now awaiting call of the federal grand jury at
Denver, on a charge of theft and transportation of an
automobile from Bartlesville, is a brother of Jeff and Dan
Duree, convicted and sentenced to twenty-five years in the
federal penitentiary by Judge Cotteral in federal court
here, for xxxx robbery, according to J.D. Findley, of the
United States bureau of investigation.
Besides Jess, Jeff, and Dan, two other brothers are in jail,
John being in the military prison at Levenworth for dissertion
from the United States army, and George having been recently
sent back to Kansas by the department of justice here, to face
trial on an automobile theft charge, Findley said.
