DURRETT, Richard, Spotsylvania Co., July 26, 1767, Executors Bond dated July 4, 1768. Wit. Benjamin Tompkins, John Summers. Ex. wife, Sarah; son William; William Marshall; John Lewis. Leg. wife Sarah; lands in Spotsylvania and Caroline Cos. to be divided between all my boys which I now have or shall have. Any estate that shall fall to me by the death of Elizabeth Marshall, or any other person, to be equally divided amongst all my children. My daughter and younger children to be supported until they shall marry and come to lawful age. (pg 328)
