Trying to find any information about a baby boy that was born on 22 December,1909 in New Milford,Pa. or the near vicinity.He was adopted at the age of four (4) months
(April 1910) by Byron and Harriett Dutcher of New Milford,Pa.He was given the adopted name of Duane Eugene Dutcher. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated
as this was my father.
