Will Lookup

Is there anyone close by to Dutchess Co., who might be willing to do a look up to see if the original will for Francis Losee, d. ca. 1798, is available in the local Dutchess archives? I'd like to stop in Dutchess to obtain a copy of the will if it is there, but I live in Michigan and don't want to take a chance on getting into a place where my RV won't fit if there's nothing there. I don't need anything more than the reference #s for the will. If it is there in Dutchess, then I can retrieve it when I come through in late June.

thank you for any help you can provide.

merritt brothers

My family comes from Dutchess county mainly Poughkeepsie,N,Y. Would someone please tell me how I can go about getting a picture that once was taken of my father and his brothers when they were young. The newspaper is now called the Poughkeepsie journal. The article was about my Grandparents having 9 boys and no girls enough for a baseball team. If anyone could help me out or point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried the Poughkeepsie journal with no luck.
Sincerely,
Virginia Merritt Hiesel

Desperately seeking Hattie Johnson

Still looking for my Hattie Johnson, She was born Jan 1868, I believe in Dutchess County New York. She married Mervin Kilmer, b. Apr 1858 d. Dec 1928. They lived in new York for awhile, and probably got married there, but not for sue when they left. Their some ward was born 1887 in New York. Anyone with any information or if anyone can make a connection please email me at dennismk1@earthlink.net. This is my great grandmother and I am trying to find her family. There is a possibility that she can be the daughter of Andrew J. Johnson and Mary Palmatier (that had a Hattie Child). I cannot confirm this for sure. So please email me if anyone can connect. I have hit a real brick wall with her.

Thanks
Dennis Killmer
Fort Worth, TX
http://home.earthlink.net/~dennismk1
