I was playing with Terrie Burton, Who generally takes peoples word for stuff and doesn't really verify her information. I've had several run ins with her.
She was trying to tell me that John Kelly Dye Was the one who married Ally Hill. I know that is Wrong.

Alfred Burton Dye, Was born in 1787. Rutherford NC. He is married to Ally on the 1850/1860 McMinn Tn Census. Everyone keeps trying to tell me this is John Kelly Dye, I know it's not.
Anyway, I have Civil War Records that say that this, My John, has Two Brothers, One is William and one is Thomas.
William & Thomas were in Monroe for a time.
then they show up in Grundy Cty by 1870.
Where John & Ally have James ( Williams Son) and Jane
Alfred's Sister ther Daughter living with them.
John's Daughter and Williams son Married and had a son before Jane Died.
Anyway I am basically trying to find out Who this John Really
connects to.Who had a Son John Dye Born around 1787?
