My husbands grandparents were Mykolaj(Nick) and Pelagia(Pearl)(Romanca). They lived in Flint, Michigan. We know very little about them, only that they came to this country in the early 1900's from Poland. It is our understanding that their parents left the Ukraine to Poland. They are both Ukranian. We believe the Dyki name may have been altered slightly by some of the relatives. We don't know if this is the original spelling or not. We believe there are some relatives in Pennsylvania and Canada. We think Mykolaj may have come with a sister to this country and went to a Uncle's in the New York area. If anyone has any info on these people you can e-mail me at mimid189@hotmail.com
