I do not have any personal connection to these Dymonds. My Dymonds seem to be a different line. However, I did a quick search and found a military record for Vivian Dymond Tenerelli's father Harry Dymond that states he was born 16 FEB 1888 in Iowa (I am not familiar with Iowa, but Waukee or something with a similar spelling is listed as his birth place). You could try to request a birth certificate/record from the town or county. It would list his parents. Also, a census shows his parents were born in New York. You may already have this information, but if not, I hope it helps point you in the right direction.
