Surnames: Dziak
My father is Matej Dziak from Kolackov. He is living in the USA. He has two brothers, Metod & Cyril living in Canada. Is this the Metod you are referring to? Their parents were Jan & Aloysia. They have 4 sisters (Carolina, Rozena, Aloysia, and Antonia), and 1 brother, Josef, living in Kolackov.
