Yes it is very hard to locate our native history since the white man couldn't wipe us out physically so they tried to make us white, my dad's mom was full blood Chippewa, but she is down as white also, I was a blonde haired blue eyed kid, although now my hair is darker, the only blonde is white ROFL..! But my features are native. at least that is what everyone tells me...
