Hi Jeffrey. In response to your posting, I can tell you that all (a ton) of my Eadie/Eadys come from Berkeley and Charlston Counties in SC. My great-great-great-grandfather was Jonathan Eady (b. 1777), who owned the Mudlake Plantation near Eadytown. His son was Daniel P. Eady (b. 1823); Daniel's son was Adolphus Eadie; Adolphus' (b. 1856)son was Pressley Eadie (b. 1879).

I don't (yet) know of sibling to these people, but perhaps your Mary Eady was a sibling or other relation of one of them.

My Eadys seem to have been in the Monck's Corner/New Hope/Jedburg area of Berkeley County. I don't (yet) know where Jonathan Eady came from.

Do our families intersect??

Deb
