I also met Robert Thompson and his wife Marion, and they were able to help me add to my family tree. My great grandfather was Robert and grandmother was Elizabeth Eager, my grandfather was William Eager Hanan and seems to have lived all his life in Wicklow town, my father was William Eager also, and at a young age moved to Drogheda in Co. Louth Ireland to work, married Eileen Black and lived just outside the town in Co Meath. There were 5 children in their family, 3 boys and 2 girls and we all live locally with our families.My aunt Caroline/Carrie also moved and lived out her life in Drogheda she married Alec Somerville.They had no children.If I get any info on the Eager family I will let you know.
