Hi! I am the great granddaughter of Dr. David Finley Eakin. My Grandfather was Carl Victor Eakin aka Carroll & Charles. He married Florence Mary Linklater who was Canadian, and their daughter Charlotte was my mother. I met many of the people you mentioned when I was very young including Carrie who had another daughter Josephine Vivien besides Ethel & Olive.
I would love to see copies of pages pertaining to the family history from your bible. I have gotten back to Dr. David Finleys father, also a
david F. Eakin born 1781 in Butler County Pennsylvania. I have not found out when the family came to US. Any information would be very much appreciated.
I have very few pictures of the family. I have a picture of Amanda Jane Brothers Eakin, Carl & Florence (wedding) and my great uncle Frank Eakin. I'd be willing to share what ever I have.
