I live in Northern Ireland and my Great G g grandfather was William Eakin his wife was Jane they had at least 4 children
born in co Londonderry Thomas born 21 Dec 1833,Margaret Jane born 1st April 1838,James born 9th June 1846 they are all baptized i think in St Johns church ballinderry under the surname Aikin.William was a farmer his son James a Taylor who moved to Belfast 5 malone Place his family are in the 1901 census
