Terry,
I located EARNHART siblings similar in names, in the 1900 Census.
Is this your family?

1900 United States Federal Census
Name: George Earnhart
Home in 1900: Grant, Stone, Missouri
Age: 55
Estimated birth year: abt 1845
Birthplace: Tennessee
Relationship to head-of-house: Head
Spouse's name: Martha E
Race: White
Household Members: Name Age
George Earnhart 55
Martha E Earnhart 44
David E Earnhart 21
Daniel Earnhart 19
Henry Earnhart 16
Ema Earnhart 14
Lanie Earnhart 11
Homer Earnhart 7

I am presently researching this George EARNHART in Stone Co., MO; a George EARNHART buried in Wise Hill Cemetery, Christian Co., MO -no dates, wife "Matt" - no dates; and trying to verify it being the same as a George EARNHART
b. Abt.1845, Wheel, Bedford Co., TN son/o Daniel EARNHART b. 13 Feb 1809, NC and Martha Ann.

This George born in Bedford Co., TN, is a brother to my g.g.grandfather John Wesley EARNHART b. 06 Oct 1841, Wheel, Bedford Co., TN, who migrated to Christian Co., MO by abt. 1890.

I have talked with Clarence EARNHART, the author of
"THE EARNHART FAMILY" book, Fourth Ed. He stated that all EARNHART's of similiar spellings, are connected.
