Silas's father and mother were Andrew Jackson Eason and Elizabeth A R Findley born in Fayette Co GA. Silas married Nancy Elizabeth Watson Dec 17 1876. Their children were William C, Rufus, Oscar Elmer and his twin Archie, Maudie, Bessie, and Silas Jr. William married Agnes, Archie married Ellen and Maudie married Walter T Britton, Bessie married A E McGuire and Silas married Lillie P.
