Eastons or Easdons

Jeannette Duggins Phipps  (View posts) Posted: 1 Mar 2000 4:45PM GMT
My great grandmother married Orlando Weston
Easton in either Ohio or Arkansas sometime around the late 1870 perhaps. They had 4 or 5 girls and one boy. One daughter was my grandmother, Elfie Lucile Easton. Her brother was Wilbur Easton. Both settled in San Diego, CA where they subsequently died.
My grandmother, Elfie was born around 1890-1896. My Great grandmother was Mary Eugenia Mann before her marriage to Mr Easton.
The Easton's originally came from Scotland, we believe Lanarkshire. The original spelling was Easdon. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
