Jasper Woodard married Mariah Hoover jan 14 1875
Jaspers was 23 yrs old and his parents were Isaac & Lucinda He was born and living in Washington Co., VA

Mariah's was 21 years old and born in Hawkins Co., TN her parents were Valentine and Pheoby Hoover. They were married by H.R. Smith in Washington Co., VA

I also have a Jasper F woodard married to Phoeby Eastridge oct 21 1875. not sure if this one is yours though. let me know.
