Surnames: Eastridge, Roark
I am looking for information about Abegail Eastridge who married Charles Roark and settled in Ashe Co., NC. They may have been from VA. Abegail is reported to have been native american. I have heard Cherokee but question if may have been Blackfoot. She is reported to have been a "Beloved One" as was her daughter Almeda. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
