Seeking to find ANY information on Wiley E. Eastwood... parents... where he came from... etc. Any information is greatly appreciated. This is what I know:

Wiley E. Eastwood was born abt. 1832 (KY) and died abt. 1889 (KY). He allegedly served as a Confederate Soldier in the 8th Regiment Kentucky Mounted Infantry as a Private. He allegedly married an Elizabeth Ann Dunn or an Eliza Louisa Dunn and the two of them had five or six children. I have the names of them as well, however, I have two sons listed as John M. one born 1856 and one born 1857. While this may be accurate, it seems unlikely.

I continue to find information about another Wiley Eastwood, however, I don't believe this is the same Wiley in my lineage. This Wiley was born abt. 1828, served as a Union Soldier, a Private, in the 7th Tennessee Cavalry, and allegedly married a Nancy Ashby.

Again, I am stuck... I am up against the brick wall of brick walls as far as genealogy goes. Any information anyone can provided about Wiley E.'s history would be HUGE.
