Hi! I am attempting to research further back in the Eatherly line for my husband. His Eatherly ancestor is Tennessee Eatherly Simmons (abt 1849 - 1919), daughter of Alfred Eatherly and Lucinda F. Stewart. We are attempting to trace the Native American ancestry in this line, as Tennessee was possibly adopted from the Cherokee Nation.
