Hi--Sorry it took so long for me to reply. My husband is a Sawvell. I don't know much about his ancestors. As far as the Edie name I am not having much luck in finding any info. My grandfathers name is Joseph Henry Edie born on March 21, 1916 and he was an only child. My father's name is Thomas Joseph Edie. He has a twin brother named Theodore (Ted) Henry Edie. They were born on November 7, 1943. They also have another brother named Paul William Edie and he was born on February 8, 1945.
