Tim, my step father-in-law was Elmer Edner and his father was C.A. Edner who immigrated from Sweden (Loberod). I am not sure if you are related. I have no info regarding his family except a letter we recently found dtd 9/6/1912 where C.A. Edner sent to the Board of Registration, Putnam Co., Illinois certifying his nationalization at Chicago, IL on 5 Oct 1888.
