Tim, my step father-in-law was Elmer Edner and his father was C.A. Edner who immigrated from Sweden (Loberod). I am not sure if you are related. I have no info regarding his family except a letter we recently found dtd 9/6/1912 where C.A. Edner sent to the Board of Registration, Putnam Co., Illinois certifying his nationalization at Chicago, IL on 5 Oct 1888. I would be glad to give this document to any member of the Edner clan upon request. If you are interested please contact me at leecan1@sofnet.com. Elmer died several years ago and is buried at Aurora, Missouri.

Hi! Grandpa searced all his life for his brothers. I'm sorry I can't remember all the names, but he had eleven brothers and one sister. Her name was Nellie, I was named for her and my Aunt Nellie Louise Edner Smith, who was Homer's daughter.Grandpa always asked every child this math problem . If there were twelve brothers and they all have a sister how many children are there in the family. My mother was Homer's daughter Doris Margarete.
