I am just starting looking for my husband's family tree and any help would be appreciated. His grandfather was Horace Brooks Edney and his father was a Samuel Edney and his father was Rufus Edney. All from Henderson, NC. I am reading all these messages and believe a lot of you may be distant relatives.
