Surnames: EDWARDS, OTTERSON/ATTERSON/AUTERSON
Hopefully someone out there can help me. I am looking for information on the parentage/siblings, etc of Arthur Edwards. He was born in North Carolina (probably Beaufort County) about 1788. Arthur married Lydia Otterson (also spelled Atterson, Auterson)at some point in North Carolina. Between 1810 and 1820 he and his family moved with others to Fentress County, TN. Arthur and Lydia had the following children: Julia Ann, Penirah, Jinsy, James, Riley (and very possibly others. Arthur died about 1871 in Fentress County, TN. Lydia died in 1860. Any assistance or information would be greatly appreciated!
