My David EDWARDS was on the census for Goshen Tnp, Macon w/his growing family.

I've been trying to research Stokes EDWARDS more on my own. I can't find anything proving he died in Morgan, Ill 1835, except citation by the LDS site. I can't find much about Stokes AT ALL. Just the pension application... His first wife's name isn't listed anywhere I could find... His 2nd wife was "Winney." Winney who? They supposedly had a son Wesley in 1820 in Ill, but he's not in the LDS database... Were there other children from that 2nd union? And when did that marriage take place? Was it to someone disliked by his parents (a plausible reason to exclude one set of grandchildren from mention in a will,) or perhaps children of no legal union? Or maybe I'm looking at the wrong EDWARDS family...
