Please excuse my random communication.....I have found your e-mail address on a web site for Lipschitz research.

I am desperately researching the above named: Gladys Lipschitz 02/12/1885-06/1977 Her birth name was other than Lipschitz but she was thought to have married into the family Lipschitz.
She was know to have lived at 235 Burdett Road in the East End of London (a corset maker/seamstress) in 1922 and must have immigrated to USA at some point before her death?

She is registered on a US Social Security Card date 4/20/72 aged 88 years?

She had a child adopted in approx. year of 1925 (aged about 40yrs) while still living in the UK. That child 'Nancy' is my mother and is now in her 80's and seriously ill, her only wish before she leaves this earth is to find some living relatives or someone that can help her to find out about this woman: Gladys' Lipschitz. She never wanted to trace her before but in the final stage of her life she is desperate to know more and we really want to help her!!

Any information you may have or suggestions that you may make would be greatly received.

Many thanks and kindest regards,
Mandi
How has this search gone? I am Anne (Efman) Abramson's daughter (I think my brother Jordan wrote you earlier). Have you found more of our family whereabouts? Would be interested to know too.

Best, Nora
