I have been looking for information on the parents of Jacob Ehli. There are a few Jacobs so here is what I have on my Great Great Grandfather Jacob Ehli. He came to the US in 1892 with his son Raphael and wife Francis Weber. Jacob was born in Sulz, Russia 03-06-1858 and died 09-03-1939 in Dickinson North Dakota. I believe he had two other sons by the name of Carl and Martin. I have found some conflicking info on his father. I believe his name was Martin but have found no Martin Ehli's with a son Jacob. Also, I was told by my father before he died (2001 Robert C. Ehli) that our name was spelled Ehly and got changed sometime back.
