They settled in and around Lafayette County in Missouri.

I have an August, 22, on the SS Pennsylvania Sept 7, 1907 visiting his brother Ernest. My great great grandfather, Henry, is a brother of Ernest. Other possible brothers may be Hans Herman Heinrich and Charles. Have not established parents for these 5 brothers as of yet but may be Casper and Rebecca or Marie. Traced an August in the 1920 and 1930 NY census with family. Found a SS# info of an August last residing in Fremond, CO. born 15 Jun 1885, died Jul 1976. Please contact if this all fits or you have any information along these lines that may tie this family together. Thanks.

Looking for some help in filling in this branch of the Eickmeyer family tree. Erna's parents were Ernest and Anna. Erna was born in NY, made at least one trip to Germany with her parents when she was 4. Erna m. Herbert Hull and they lived in Toms River, Ocean Co., NJ. Erna and Herbert had Dorothy and Joan. I was told that Dorothy married a State Trooper, don't know his name and Joan married Bill Reese. I need birth, marriage and deaths dates. I would like to know who were the parents of Ernest Eickmeyer and what Anna's last name was.

Charles & Rose Eickmeyer from Germany to Diamond St., Bklyn, NY 1910

I am wondering if Charles is the brother of Ernest and Henry Eickmeyer. Found Charles in the Brooklyn 1910 census with Rose 40, Carl 17, Minnie 9, and Anna 5. Family notes lead me to believe that it is possible that Ernest and Henry had other siblings. Ernest was born abt. 1880 and Henry in 1872, they came over in 1896/7. Mother's name Rebecca. Henry married Anna Fredericka Rebecca Eickmeyer (cousins). They had Ernest Henry 1903, Charles William 1905, Dorothy 1909, William Herman 1915, Ruth 1918 and Henry.

My G-Grandmother was Ida Christina Eichmeyer from Marthasville MO, the only info I have on her is that she married my G-Grandfather, Edward Meinershagen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I also have a GG Grandmother named Amailia Eichmeyer, who was a second wife of a Meinershagen as well.

I am looking for information and/or descendants of Henry Eickmeyer. Henry was born near Oldenburg, Germany and came to the US, specifically, Iowa in the 1880's, but not sure of that date. If you have any information, I would greatly appreciate it. Henry was an uncle to my great grandfather, Frank Husemoller.

I think, it doesn't matter, the spelling could have be changed!?
My family was and is still in Westfalen, Bad Oeynhausen. In the past our family also had an Heinrich (Henrich?) Eikmeyer an a Friedrich. Just this time I'm looking in the net for my family. Do you known, when they came to the US? Please contact me by mail!

Andreas came to America in 1776 as a member of the Brunswich Unit of the Hessians. He chose to remain in America (Northumberland County, Pa.) where he put down roots and raised his family. I am wondering if any members of the family still remain in Germany and if they can give me any information about the family--past and present. Since he was 34 when he crossed the Atlantic, I am curious about the occupation he followed in his early years and if he was married. I am sixth generation of the family in America and we have changed the spelling of the name to Ikemire.

I am looking for Eickmeiers in Missouri. My grandmother was Margaret Mary Eickmeier, married Leo Nicholas Reis. She had two sisters, Laura and Elizabeth. I don't know about other siblings, but there was a Frank Eickmeier that was a cousin or something. All in the St. Louis area, except that Frank went to Colorado sometime in the 1960s. Very interested in this Christian Eickmeyer.
My ggggrandfather was Christian Eickmeyer, all we know is he was born around Minden Germany in 1816 m. Caroline ? in Germany and immigrated top USA in 1867. They lived in IL for a time (New Minden) and then moved to St. Louis area (we think) They had 8 children one also a Christan. My grandfather was Wilhelm Louis named for his father Wilhelm August. He married Catherine Schlegelmilch and they had 11 children. They named one of their boys Frederick Louis
All these names seem to go together. Planning a trip to Germany next month and will be trying to trace Christian. Your entry might be for some great help. We don't know our Christian's parents names or his wife's. If you can help with any of this information would really appreciate it. You can answer at my email clifscott@msn.com if interested.

Cousins Henry and Anna Fredericka Rebecca Eickmeyer married 4/27/1903 and immigrated here 1897 from Hanover Germany. Henry's father unknown but Anna's parent were Carl Friedrick Wilhelm and Anna Dorothy Elizabeth Heldt. Anna and Henry had Ernest Henry (my grandfather), Charles William moved to NV and took the "i" out of Eickmeyer, Dorothy never married, William Herman minister also took "i" out, Ruth never married, Henry died as baby. I have dates on this generation but would like info on spouses Olsen and Phillips. Would like more info on Henry and Anna's siblings.
