I believe my husband Joe is a distant cousin of yours. His mother's name was Agatha Einwiller Haas. She was the youngest of 13 children and was born July 27,1919. Unfortunately she just died October 23, 2001. On your web site you have her name mixed up with her sister Agnes. My mother in law and sister in law Eva visited relatives in Colorado in the late 60's or early 70's. Are you from the same family? Thank you so much for your web site as it fills in the blanks. We have just found Agatha's father (Janos Einwiller) on the Ellis Island web site. www.ellisisland.org Apparently he emigrated to the United States in 1913 and worked in Detroit Michigan for a few years. He saved up money and went back to Csatalja Hungary and bought a vineyard and stayed until 1944-45 when the Russians took over Hungary. A man who attended my mother in laws funeral and went to school with her in Cstalja is sending us some information about the family history. If I learn any more I will let you know.
