I would like to communicate with anyone that has any information on Joseph Eirich/Eyrich
from Berks County, Pennsylvania. He was born, I believe, about 1808 and married perhaps
the first time about 1828-30. He married a second time to a woman named Catherine Teaff
and they had one child, James D. Eirich born 31 Oct 1843 in Berks County. Joseph died at
a young age (42) in 1852 leaving his wife and young son. Catherine remarried in 1855 an
older man named Joseph Loose and they moved to Monroe County, Michigan. If anyone has any
information on Joseph and would like to share it pleas e-mail me. Thanks!!
Karen Philips

Eirich's in Berks Co., PA

I have an Ellen Eirich in my family tree. She was the second wife of Jonathan Spangler. Her parents were David W. Eirich and Elizabeth Hain. David's parents were John Eirich and Elizabeth Werheim. Ellen was born in 1830 so I am guessing her parents were born around 1810 and David's parents around 1780-90. The family lived in Wernersville area, Berks County, PA. I believe Elizabeth Hain was related to the Hain's of Hain's Church. Anyone with additional info on this name, please contact me. Thanks!
