Jacob Eis - was the brother of my great grandfather. Came to the States, Chicago, in the second half of the 19th Century. Birthdate unknown. Born in Gerolstein (Eifel), Germany. Came to America with his sister Margarethe Eis. Jakob was married 3 times. His last wifes name was: Elise. Margarethe died at the age of 32.
