I was born in Kokomo, IN, in 1924 to Elmer & Ann Graves Eisaman. Elmer was a Senior Partner in the Eisaman-Richer Lumber Companies located in Peru & Kokomo. He had 3 children by his first marriage- Vera, Ruby, Rosanna and William. Vera married Chris Montross & moved to Royal Oak, Mich. Ruby married Charles Carroll and ended-up in So. Calif. Rosanna married the auto racer Henry Banks & still lives in Indianapolis (Henry died about 1994. I was Elmer & Ann's only child. His son William Eisaman ran a balsa wood company in Ecuador during WW2, then returned to Peru, IN, to found a new lumber company down close to the Wabash River in partnership with another man. Then he founded the Peru Hardwood Co. located in Mexico outside of Peru, now run by his 2 sons John Eisaman (317-473-4375) & Joseph Eisaman (317-472-2730).
