Eisele's from Yugosslavia

My great grandmother Appalonia Eisele emigrated from Yugoslavia to Philadelphia PA between 1880 and 1900. Her parents were Ignatz and Rosalia. She married John Simon. they had at least 13 children. Any help is greatly appreciated.
