I have Eiselsteins in my family, but I can't make a connection. They are from Pomeroy, Meigs County, Ohio. Meigs County has a good web site, a great list serve, and wonderful volunteers. They have several histories of Meigs County that might provide a good family connection. Mark Meinhart at meinhartstock@usa.net is also interested in Eiselsteins and is head of the Meigs County list serve. Another source of Eiselstein information is Gene at Genegriz@aol.com.
I have a lot of Eiselsteins listed at

Hopefully one of these will work for you. Best of luck.

PS. Any information on the Eiselsteins and Elberfelds is always welcome.
